The rating is adjusted efficiency margin: how many points per 100 possessions better than an average team the model thinks a team is, after adjusting for who it played. The order, the tiers and the plot below are all drawn from it.

Offence against defence
The defensive axis is reversed on purpose: defensive efficiency is points allowed, so putting the low numbers at the top makes "up and to the right" mean good on both axes. The window is fixed rather than fitted to the season, so a team's position means the same thing from one year to the next.

Sortable and searchable, and wide enough to compare the two halves of a rating. A team can rank tenth overall on the strength of one side of the ball, and the offence and defence ranks beside the margin are where that shows.
